01What it was
A private, mobile-first hub for running a wedding: the guests, the checklist, the budget and the day itself.
02The problem
Many hands on one plan, and some of it must stay private. Who sees a budget or a phone number depends on who is asking.
03What we built
- A guest list saved row by row, with soft deletes, duplicate checks and merging
- Nothing visible before sign-in; budget figures reach the owner only
- An Excel round trip for the lists that would rather be spreadsheets
04The result
Helpers do their part without seeing everything. The plan stays shared and the private things stay private.
